Since it first launched in 1999, ConAir Ventilation Ltd. has provided services for the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) industry in the commercial, industrial and residential fields. The company specializes in all areas of HVAC, from design, new construction, fit-ups, geothermal, maintenance and repairs. The business was established by Conrad Gaudet and incorporated in 2002.The majority of our projects are commercial and residential. Residential projects consist of large custom homes and apartment buildings. Sheet metal fabrication and ductwork for projects is performed at the company’s fabrication facility.

 

Since ConAir’s inception, the company has continually expanded, combining professionalism and efficiency. Our workforce has grown from 3 to 45 employees. We are current members of MHBA, CHBA and HRAI. Our goal is to provide quality service within the highest standards of the market.

Our sister company, ConAir Mechanical Inc., provides services for refrigeration, heating and natural gas/propane for both residential and commercial applications. Our technicians perform system start-ups, preventive maintenance, repairs and retro-fits. We offer service contracts and 24-hour emergency service. Our focus is to provide efficient and professional service for all aspects of indoor air quality and to ensure the optimal efficiency of your HVAC equipment.
